As the Principal of Kondiah Raju School of Arts, she guides students with disciplined training, creative encouragement, and a deep respect for traditional and devotional art forms.

Her work focuses on building a strong foundation in drawing, painting, composition, colour sense, and artistic discipline. Through regular classes, workshops, exhibitions, and student development activities, she continues to inspire learners to approach art with patience, devotion, and professional quality.

Serving as the State Joint Secretary of Oviyamani C. Kondiah Raju Art Foundation, Tamil Nadu, Muthugomathy actively supports the foundation’s mission to promote the master’s artistic heritage, connect art lovers, encourage emerging artists, and expand art education across Tamil Nadu.
